Easy to install, easy to operate, easy to maintain.

Easy as 1-2-3

1)  Set the controls for the procedure to be performed.

2)  Place a drum on loading platform (no need to remove the plugs).

3)  Press the "Start" button and the PLC takes over.

When the "Start" button is pushed:

1 - The doors open; drum moves into the enclosure to the rinse stage; the rinsed drum moves into the crush stage; and the crushed drum is removed from the machine.

2 - Doors close; Rinse system energizes and rinses the drum according to the settings AND the previously-rinsed drum gets crushed.

3 - When the rinse cycle is complete and the crush cycle is complete, the green "Ready" light indicates the system is ready for the next drum. By this time the operator has already loaded the next drum on the loading platform.. Push the "Start" button and the next rinse and crush cycle begins.

Drums come out ready for the recycling bin - about 3" tall and rinsed.  That is a 90% REDUCTION in volume in your steel bins.
