Your drum recycling and reuse operations can be made very efficient and automated, saving your company money and reducing various risks.  Our equipment is robust and functional.  The mission of our equipment is to safely, effectively and efficiently process empty steel drums, rendering them ready to go to the steel recycling facility or for reuse.
Drainer:  A stainless steel collection pan with a steel grate tilted at just the right angle to encourage as much heel as possible to drain from a drum.  Up to 95 gal overpacks.  2"NPT drain to sump or piping.

Drum Rinser I:  Un-enclosed rinsing of drums up to 95 gal overpacks.  Manual controls.  Set a drum up on the platform with the open bung hole over the stinger nozzle.  Lock the nozzle mechanism in place and open the control valve.  Up to 95 Gal overpacks.

Drum Rinser II:  Enclosed rinsing for safety.  And semi-automated for speed and reliability.  Load a drum on a rack on the inside of the door, then close the door and run the system.  Easy.  Up to 95 gal overpacks.

Drum Recycler I:  Flexibility is its middle name.  With this unit the operator can rinse the drums for reuse; or just crush them; or rinse and crush.  About 30 drums per hour triple-rinsed and crushed.  Option:  Up to 95 gal overpacks.

Drum Recycler II:  Our flagship.  Fully automatic.  75 drums/hour triple-rinsed and crushed with one person.  No need to open the drums.  Just throw it up on the entrance deck and push the Start button.  It's a real beast.  Option:  Up to 95 gal overpacks.

Mobile Units:  We can configure any of our equipment to be mounted on a trailer system.  You tell us what it is you want to accomplish and we can build it.

  • Do you want to be able to drive in, rinse and crush, and drive out?  We've done it!

  • Do you want to drive in and leave a trailer there for a crew to operate?  We've done it!

  • Do you want to drive in, unload equipment to set on a pad for a crew to use, then come and pick it up later?  We've done it!
